Day Three- Second Day of Activities

Good morning from Camp Skyline! The girls woke up bright and early for morning watch and then followed by flag raising. The girls love being apart of how special flag raising is as they honor the men and women that are serving or have served our country.

After a yummy breakfast of french toast, bacon, and cantalope the girls go straight into their day three activites!

Happy twin tuesday! On twin tuesday girls pair up with their besties and dress alike in matching outfits, from identical hair styles and matching shirts. it’s a day full of doulble the fun, the giggles, and twice the memories, all in the spirit of sisterhood and camp magic.

For lunch we had a delicious chicken surprise as we wished a Happy Skyline Birthday to Nora and Ruth! We love their bubbly personalities and the joy they bring to camp!

To finish the day strong the girls had hot dogs, fries, and chili for dinner made by our lovely ACIT’S. Then the girls prep for their evening night club activity!

Tonight we had the Game of Life! This is brand new club game at Camp Skyline. Here’s how it works… The game begins at riverside field where each club memeber willbreceive 3 rubber bands of their clubs color to put around their wrist. Clubs will then have 5 mintutes to strategize how to get from there to the back of the circus field without getting tagged with a sock by counselors who will be all around camp. If they get tagged by a counselor they must go back to the lodge to get counted and turn in one of their rubber bands on their wrist. Then they can start on their journey back to the circus field. If the girls lose all of their rubber bands they go to the gym to sit with their club and cheer for their club members to make it to circus field. If their captian makes it with all of their rubber bands still on their wrist the girls will get 10 bonus points. Once everyone makes it to the circus field we will add up rubber bands they got and decide the winner!
