What is an ACIT?

At Camp Skyline, we’re proud to offer a unique leadership opportunity for our older campers through our ACIT Program. This program is designed for campers ages 13 and up who are eager to take on responsibility, give back to the camp community, and grow as leaders, all while enjoying an unforgettable summer at Skyline.

As an ACIT, campers help serve meals during designated meal times throughout the session. In return for their service, ACITs receive 50% off their camp tuition, making this an incredible opportunity for both campers and families.

These campers wake up a little bit earlier than everyone else to prepare for breakfast, set up for lunch during 3rd period, and set up for dinner for ½ of 6th period.

Each session, we receive a large number of ACIT applications, and most sessions fill up quickly with long waitlists. However, we currently still have a few ACIT positions available for 3rd Session! This is a rare opportunity, as ACIT spots are typically full well in advance. All campers ages 13 and older should have received the ACIT application and guidelines via both mail and email. If you are attending 3rd Session and are interested in becoming an ACIT and receiving half off your session, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
